Only a few nationalities can obtain also an electronic visa on arrival in Azerbaijan :Bahrain, China, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea

These nationalities are exempt from visa requirements for Azerbaijan for stays of up to 90 days (except Qatar, 30 days):

Turks can only enter with their valid identity card.

You must apply for an e-Visa at least days before your arrival. If you are arriving a long way away, we will accept applications but will send you your e-Visa when it is available (about a month before your arrival). 

The e-Visa allows you to stay one maximum of 30 days on the spot. Once the e-Visa has been issued, you have 90 days to re-enter the country, once only.

It is possible to apply to extend your stay in Azerbaijan beyond the validity of the e-Visa by contacting the local immigration authorities and making a request using a dedicated form. The extension is not automatic.

Yes, minors also need an e-Visa. 

If a minor leaves French territory without a legal guardian, he or she must be in possession of an AST (authorisation to leave the country). This document can be requested online, and must be completed by one of the holders of parental authority. When travelling, this form must be accompanied by a copy of the identity document of the legal guardian.

The Russian government has digitised a large part of its immigration procedures by adding Mongolian checkpoints for entering the country with an electronic visa, allowing up to 16 days in Russia.

No vaccinations are compulsory but the authorities advise people to keep up to date with traditional vaccinations in Europe.

Once the e-Visa issued, its data cannot be modified. You will need to submit a new application if your information differs significantly.
